Sarah Wille works with the Research and Evaluation team and helps facilitate CEMSE's Researchers Without Borders online community. Before coming to CEMSE, Sarah worked in the Education Department at the Field Museum of Natural History. At the Field Museum, she collaborated with Chicago Public School high school science teachers and students in developing and facilitating teacher professional development, and served as the Social Science Specialist for Education. She also developed curricular materials and a community education advisory committee for the Field's The Ancient Americas exhibition. Sarah is an adjunct researcher at The Center for Archaeology in the Public Interest at Indiana University and has considerable education and outreach experience through archaeology initiatives in Belize, Egypt, and here in the Midwest. She serves as a mentor for Team M3, a student/mentor health and wellness running program for Chicago high school students. Sarah holds a PhD and MA in Anthropology (Archaeology) from Indiana University and a BS in Anthropology from Illinois State University.
