Tool Development

"Tool Development" involves the creation of the means of support for large-scale instructional improvement. More specifically, it focuses on creating tools that help teachers, professional developers, and administrators. These include instructional materials for classroom use, professional development materials for teachers, and planning tools for district leaders. This component also maintains and further develops CEMSE's elementary mathematics curriculum, Everyday Mathematics (EM).
